Whilst we will continue to be available to our clients by phone, email or video conference, we would ask that face to face meetings are undertaken only when absolutely necessary and we refer to you to the guidance below.
Guidance for visitors
1. Attendance at the office is strictly by appointment only.
2. If you or any members of your household show any of the recognised symptoms of Covid-19 eg, temperature, persistent cough or loss or change of taste or smell please DO NOT attend the office.
3. Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment to avoid over-crowding in the reception area.
4. On arrival, please knock on the door or call the office number and someone will come and let you in.
5. Please use the hand sanitiser available as soon as you arrive.
6. When attending a meeting at our office, you will be required to leave your name and contact details at our Reception using our Visitor Contact Details Form. It would be helpful if you could print this form and complete prior to attending the office. Alternatively you can complete it on arrival. If you are just dropping off paperwork/deliveries, there is no need for you to complete this form.
7. Please bring your own pen when attending to sign paperwork including the form mentioned at point 6 above.
8. Refreshments will not be offered to visitors during meetings.
9. Please comply with all social distancing rules and avoid physical contact with staff members.
Thank you for your co-operation.
