As our firm has grown since its formation in 2005, so have the services we can offer. We now have a team of lawyers who can assist your business on almost any legal issue it may face.
Whilst we specialise in advising commercial clients on company, commercial, property, dispute resolution and employment legal issues, we have arrangements with other firms of solicitors who we feel can provide a sound service to our clients in areas of law we do not specialise in, for example private client work. If you are not sure if we can help you, ask us. We will not take on work beyond our areas of skill and if we can’t help you, we may be able to point you in the right direction.
Our client base is broad, including multi million pound international businesses. We also have a strong affinity with start-up enterprises, unlike most professional advisers, as we’ve actually done it ourselves! We chose advisers for our own firm who, where possible, had been through a start-up themselves - there is nothing like experience when you are giving advice.
Many solicitors promise to keep clients and contacts up to date with legal developments, so do we and we also endeavour to deliver. In particular we e-mail regular “Notes” to clients and contacts on interesting legal points in a concise and punchy style.
Clients and contacts are invited to workshops to help them understand key legal issues for their business and to ensure they are aware of new developments.

We are happy to provide bespoke training to your organisation on any areas of concern in which we have the expertise and are always open to suggestions for workshop themes.
Both of the firm's founders have wide experience of presenting workshops and seminars to a variety of audiences. In particular, Amanda Jefferies is widely regarded as a leading presenter on Employment law issues across the East Midlands, including at such prestigious events as the Annual ACAS Conference.
