Fixed Price Promise

Two of the most frequent complaints levelled at solicitors are that:

  • They are too expensive
  • By charging by the hour it rewards the inefficient and leaves the client vulnerable to unexpected or excessive bills, often when a client can least afford it!

We have listened to these concerns. In some areas of work it may be hard for everyone involved to accurately predict how a matter will develop and the subsequent costs. Yet, wherever possible, we seek to give a fixed price promise. These are normally available on all non-contentious matters such as document drafting, all forms of sale and purchase negotiations and general employment advice. We also structure our quotes and all other pricing on very competitive comparative hourly rates to other commercial solicitors.

We have also taken on board the cashflow concerns of clients instructing solicitors. We understand that when legal bills hit the doormat unexpectedly, this can be a real concern for the smaller or start-up business. We offer monthly interim billing or retainer terms for a range of services to clients so that you can budget an agreed monthly sum and know that we are there to help you on agreed areas, with no unexpected one-off bills to follow.
