Nigel Cholerton BA (Hons). Nigel is one of the first barristers to be employed by a firm of solicitors in the Midlands area. He originally trained as a solicitor before going to the Bar and has the right to appear (unlike most solicitors) in all Courts and Tribunals in England and Wales. He is Derby born and bred and combines a commercial approach with strong advocacy skills. Nigel can be described as professional, down to earth, sociable and innovative.
