We have experience in preparing, drafting, reviewing and amending all forms of commercial contracts from agency agreements to confidentiality agreements, and from terms of trade to international joint ventures. In the areas of partnership and company law, we have wide experience of establishing various forms of business structure and have strong skills in advising businesses and their owners on buying and selling businesses and shares from sole trader businesses through to multi-million pound turnover companies. Our company and commercial service is headed up by one of our founders Matthew Bradley, who has practiced in this area for nearly 20 years.
